BNI Don't Do Mornings is a friendly, energetic business referral group, and we'd love for you to pay us a visit.
The first thing you're likely to notice about BNI Don't Do Mornings is that we're friendly and approachable. We love meeting new people, and we welcome visitors, so please do come along and try it for yourself.
The second thing you'll probably notice is that we love to give referrals! We get a real kick out of helping each other grow our businesses with word of mouth marketing. So don't be surprised if you get referrals straight away, even before you become a member of the group.
Don’t worry - it's easy!
Many people who haven't been to a BNI meeting worry about what's involved in business referral marketing. It's very easy though, and there's no need to be anxious. Here's what happens at an average BNI meeting:
You'll arrive and be greeted by our friendly Visitor Hosts
The leadership team will introduce themselves
A member of the group will explain the purpose of BNI
The Education Co-ordinator will read a networking education piece
Each member gives a 60 second presentation about their business
You'll get a chance to speak about you business too
The coveted 'Silver Sausage' (unique to BNI Don’t Do Mornings) is awarded to the best 60 second presentation!
We'll break for lunch and networking
One group member will give an extended 10 minute presentation
Finally, we'll swap referrals - after all, it's what we're here for!
Come and visit BNI Don't Do Mornings
The best way - and indeed the only way - to decide whether BNI Don't Do Mornings is right for you is to come and visit.
We have frequent 'Visitor Days' for people who are new to BNI, where everything will be explained a bit more clearly for your benefit. But if you prefer, you're welcome to come along to any regular meeting as a visitor.
Where? Central Auckland. We're currently looking for a new venue, so location changes from week to week. Contact us first to check.
When? Thursdays from 11.45am, meeting starts at 12.00 sharp. We finish at 1.30pm.
What should I bring? Bring some business cards - about 30 should be enough, and $20 for lunch and coffee if you haven't already paid online.
